1. Offer medical and psychological support to underprivileged children with congenital and traumatic deformities such as cleft lips, cleft palates, nose reconstructions for breathing problems, and ear or other facial deformities.

2. Provide funds to treat, educate, and nourish underprivileged children.

3. Collaborate with medical institutions and universities to teach and educate local Nepali surgeons and physicians about patient diagnosis and treatment.

4. Support innovations and improvements in healthcare management, training, and research.
